In 2000, I faced a life-altering challenge when, after committing six years to the US Military, I found myself homeless. This period of adversity became a pivotal moment, as my longstanding interest in personal development—sparked in 1995 by Tony Robbins’ Personal Power 2—led to an epiphany: this was an opportunity to reinvent myself. I immersed myself in personal and business development resources, learning the systems that high achievers used to achieve extraordinary results.
Through dedicated study and training, I discovered the power of success modeling, learning directly from those who had achieved their aspirations. In 2002, I was introduced to Transformation Coaching and recognized it as my calling. Determined to help others transform their lives and businesses, I completed an ICF Accredited Coach Training Course and established a highly successful coaching practice. My expertise grew rapidly, leading me to join the faculty of the world’s largest coaching school, where I became a Senior Facilitator and Coach Mentor within a few years. I had the privilege of teaching in 15 countries and learning from the foremost experts in the field.
My commitment and skill were recognized when I earned the prestigious ICF Master Certified Coach Credential, a distinction held by only 2300 coaches worldwide. Furthermore, I developed and accredited my own ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (Level 2), training hundreds of additional coaches.
After 25 fulfilling years in Seattle, my family and I relocated to Arizona, reigniting a desire to contribute to my local community. With a firm belief that local businesses are essential to a thriving community, I shifted my focus to providing business coaching and systems tailored to local business owners. My mission is to help these entrepreneurs grow their profits and build businesses they love, thereby strengthening the community. Today, Tony Husted is dedicated to empowering local business owners with the tools, strategies, and mindset necessary to not only survive but thrive, fostering a prosperous and vibrant community for all.
